All sales are final. No refunds available, even if the service, treatment, or item/product has been purchased in advance and not yet used. A credit to the spa may be granted based on management's approval but is not guaranteed. All gift cards expire within 90 days of purchase, no exceptions, no returns. Anything purchased from Havasu Aesthetics must be used within 90 days from the date of purchase (Unless otherwise approved by staff) or it will expire and a refund will not be granted. Havasu Aesthetics has a 10-minute late policy. If you expect to be more than 10 minutes late to your visit please notify the staff immediately. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will lose your appointment and your deposit. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required or you may lose your deposit and be subject to a cancellation fee. We are a very understanding and cooperative office, and just ask that our clients let us know if they are having trouble making it to their visits so that we may work with you and do our best to accommodate your needs.
