All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services, treatments, or products, including those purchased in advance and not yet used.
All gift cards are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Similarly, all services and packages must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise approved by staff. Expired services or products will not be eligible for refund or credit.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is provided; however, if you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited, and your deposit will be retained.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the loss of your booking fee and/or a cancellation charge.
